I mean you wanna make an exchange year, ok rethink why what and HOW so you need the money execpt of you have good marks or get an stipendia somehow. But what ever my erspierence isnt it that what the treads asks for to comment on ok i will do you i mean if you want me to, if not dont continue reading 
So anyways they want the money i mean look at their commercials, EF is presenting it like an business and business wanna make money.
So first f all im going to explain how everything works and my experience.
First
You got accepted, then there comes a CONTRACT, not the best one but kinda fair depends to whom; then you have to sign this if not you simply will not go. Then you need to pay the first amount like 6 months before and the last was shortly before you will flight like week. Never matter i hand some problems they didn't found a host so i needed to wait i though, ut at least i started on time never matters i got knowlege when i will flight 2 days before after they said one week before i wouldnt be on time but never mind they got one.
On the Airport EF Staff was there even if I was the only one flighing on that day ok it was an returnee but never mind. I got there but the problems started i arrive and had to wait 4 Hours not that cool but i was there, then the stuff told me that my hostmum would pick me up so another host mum of a student took me there and these student also stays in mine place so i was woundering, then they told me that he will just be there for 13 days, so ok alright we had a nice time but room was like 8“ to small for tow persons, the hostmum nice the child lovly but the household my gosh everytime screwing and very cruel at least only angry but you can handle that, but you will be shocked if you come out of the shower and a 60 years old granni wanna take your towel away, that simply just strange. But never mind it was an alright time but EF didnt care that much some get sended home like the half i was known but never mind thats happened the country i wennt even is out of the program after us, ok we may partied to hard and where to much drunk or may even high ma we where hight like sky, one night on holidays with host family . Ok in the country we also were high but mostly drunk why not nobody asks for passport, i didnt go to US 
And i come for Europe but also didn't went to new zealand, it continues if you had a problem and then its the time you need them it will takes time, longtime btw. they ave beautiful offices So at least we partied hard for a longtime EF dindt send us home cuz we had host problems and ef was like ok you can do what you want i mean three warnings are allowed before they send you home, never mind was just good for us at least some persons get home earlier out of critical reasons ok i means sleeping outside why not but they couldnt understand. Never mind at least i changed hosts good i waited like 2 months but never mind the new one was also great.I changed out why i want i feeled my host hates me and the maid omg, i told you. The saving was worse but we both agreed also again with another student who stayed at hers before, also very nice time we traveled one night in to another country EF didnt care and im not sure if we get cought but they asked but we denied, so they hadnt evidences or something and the host also does for us I loved her i had much fun even that me didnt really live together we stayed in another building an comercial one across the street so actually we ilve illegally there, funny but we agreed we knowed before cuz we mostly had the choice that of home. At least we had fun and verything works finefor us but though the organization no hepl or support you could call emergency lane sometime but not on weekends not after 6 p.m but you wasnt allowed your mobile in school and this endet at 5p.m you can manage but often you had a person who could help you cuz she just was waitress or something nevermind i didnt make the worst expericene but i seriously noticed that the never care and in gernally they sucked
