Answer: C some where better - others worse

6. Were you pleased with the agencies involved and the services they provided?

B. Not really, but they provided some basic services

C. Yes, they provided all the help and services I needed
Answer: C - even I sometimes didn't think so, but later I realized that they were right since they have more experience than I do.

7. Did you have any problems during your stay and how did you deal with these?
A. No, none

B. Yes, but I could deal with these myself

C. Yes, the exchange agency helped solve these

D. Yes, I couldn´t solve these myself and the agency didn´t offer enough support either
Answer: C - I changed my first hostfamily and had really bad problems in my second one, but AFS helped me to solve those problems and now I feel really comfortable and like a part of the family.

Answer: B - How I already told - I changed my first hostfamily and had some problems with my second one, but it's okay.
